For those who visit this site, please let us first say thank you to the readers, contributing writers and to all of our supporters who share our work. This year, we have grown rapidly. From our research, we believe we can make a difference together. As web designers and content marketers (SEO) in the education and the non-profit space, we have seen various opportunities for education, non-profit and social good exposure passed by too many times. Therefore, we are announcing the new Pay it Forward Digital Media Initiative.
1. What is the purpose?
The purpose of this campaign is to provide digital media exposure on this site and throughout various social media networks to support K-12 education, higher education, STEM, non-profits and career guidance initiatives (more detailed below).
2. How will it work?
Articles will be submitted (with guidelines to follow) and approved by the editor. Once the article is approved, it will be scheduled for live posting and will be shared on this site and throughout our social media networks.
3. How do I pay it forward?
After your article is published, we ask that you go back to one article that was previously published (within a 2 month period) and share it with all of your social media networks. This way, we are supporting each other.
4. What type of articles are you looking to share?
We are especially looking for articles from the following spaces:
- K-12 education
- Higher education
- Small education start-ups
- Career tips for graduates
- Companies who are looking to hire teachers (this is a high-need)
- Stories of social good
- Media/PR Announcements from the above mentioned fields
5. Will there be compensation?
Not at this time. However, you will be able to provide links, bios and more back to your own site.
6. Where are you in the stage of this initiative?
Right now, we are gathering interest. We are watching the numbers come in over a designated period of time. The initiative has not started yet. When we are ready to launch, you will receive a notification.
Thank you for your interest!
