Reconstructing the Dream is a feature-length documentary that examines the ever-growing skills gap crisis in the U.S. education system.

We have posted our project on Kickstarter to help raise funds for the distribution of this film.  This feature-length documentary focuses on the ever-growing skills gap crisis in the U.S. education system. It is imperative to reach those who can make a true difference, YOU.  It is not up to political or governmental bodies to decide what the future of our education system will be, it’s up to you, your children and their children.  Having the ability to have wide-spread distribution of the film, saturating the U.S., can only be done with your support.  Our goal is to raise $1,000,000 to create and distribute this film, Kickstarter is designed around the same principles we want to instill through this film, “a country of many coming together as one, by any means, to create change.”

The documentary will be distributed through online and offline avenues including, but not limited to: film festivals, theater screenings schools, DVD sales, partnerships with non-profits, video on demand (Netflix, Hulu, etc.), social media (Facebook, YouTube) and iTunes.  Each dollar you donate to support the distribution of this documentary acts as a vote, a vote to do what is right with the education system in America and help close the skills gap once and for all.  America should not be 16th overall in the world in education.  We are a successful and powerful country, we belong in the number one position yet again!
